This is a great recipe for Chilean bread. Dobladitas are so easy, ready in a few minutes, and taste heavenly. They are best when warm right from the oven or toasted with butter, jelly, or even some guacamole the next day.

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Whisk flour, 1 cup melted butter, milk, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl until begins to pull together. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic.
