Quick Almond Flour Pancakes

These filling almond flour pancakes are a wonderful substitute for regular pancakes when watching your carbs or wanting a gluten-free alternative. Any sweetener can be substituted for maple syrup. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil, or as needed

Steps

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Whisk almond flour, water, eggs, maple syrup, and salt together in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Heat oil on a griddle over medium heat. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle.
  4. Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook until bottoms are browned, 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve and enjoy!
